The battery backup UPS (uninterruptible power supply) and power conditioner for the Eppendorf epMotion 5075t NGS automated pipetting system provides automatic seamless emergency backup power to the instrument. Plug the battery backup UPS into an available wall socket, then plug the Eppendorf epMotion 5075t NGS system into one of the available receptacles on the back of the battery backup UPS, turn it on, and forget about it.

If utility power is lost while the Eppendorf epMotion 5075t NGS system is on and connected to the battery backup UPS, the instrument will continue to operate as if power was never lost until either power is restored or battery power is depleted (whichever occurs first). The built in power conditioning function ensures that voltage sags or surges will not damage the power supply of the attached instrument.
